GaoQiao Culture and Sports Center - Ningbo, China
GaoQiao is the western part of Ningbo, which is an important port city in the coastal economic zone and the Yangtze River economic zone of China. It is the birthplace of LiangZhu story (one of China's ancient four large folklore, The Butterfly Lovers Story). This architecture is a complex of public facilities consisting of three volumes of multi-purpose hall (large), sports center (middle), civil administration center (small) and culture center that connects them. Culture center is the main path that connects each facility, and it provides open communication spaces, such as library and auditorium to the public. There are the entrance plaza with an outdoor stage and basketball court, tennis court in the southwest of the site. They are planned to be able to integrally use with green leisure park in the southeast of the site.
