Fuyong Urban Complex – Shenzhen, China
This project is located in Fuyong District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Target positioning for the science and technology theme of commercial, office, residential complex building. The overall composition of the building is inspired by the Integrated circuit board，that is a versatile, reasonable layout, organic combination of the complex. In order to maintain functional independence, lighting, privacy, 3 towers (two residential buildings, one commercial office building) are located at a sufficient distance. Low-rise building has skylights that capture light up to the basement floor in the center. It is a commercial facility and connects three towers. Low-rise building has a rooftop garden, which is the leisure space for office staff and residents. The event plaza and the whole courtyard greening design adopts the pattern of the Integrated circuit board. The office building is comprised of office in the lower floor and apartments in the upper floor. Black glass and aluminum alloy façade show a rich scientific and technological atmosphere. Apartment façade using concave and convex façade design, different angles, different times, different reflections, the façade presents a constantly changing effect.
